Today I got a really great evaluation from my job. Like, straight A's. I've come a long way from my first evaluation.
I wish I could write more about it, but my brain is incapable of focusing on anything other than my move lately, which is kind of selfish of me, but also very necessary.
This weekend I saw lots of people from childhood. We only see each other every few years or so. Everybody is doing well. People are engaged, buying houses, having babies, moving to Japan, doing the growing up thing... It was nice to see everybody, but also?
It was especially nice to not be fat. That's some honesty for your asses!
A few more days now, kids, and I'll be able to focus on something other than myself. I'll give you a hint as to what could possibly be so interesting as to draw my own attention away from my ass-kicking self.
