You know that commercial where this dude is going through his daily life telling everyone he lowered his cholesterol? Well, I used to hate that commercial. But now I want to live it!
I LOWERED MY CHOLESTEROL!
The last time I had it taken was in 2003, and it was down 20 points even then. But this last time I found out that it's down another sixty-six (66) points!
66. Like the Route. And the lame denim line from JCPenney.
So, all together, it's down 86 points. Holy effing shit.
I would like to first thank my Mom, whose unwavering support and 98% lean ground beef meatballs helped me through some tough times. I'd like to thank fiber for making me regular (specifically Oatmeal, Fruit and Nuts - you guys rock!), and I'd like to thank my own damn self for cutting out refined sugar and carbohydrates. It's pretty much been the hardest habit I've ever had to break (outside of saying, "I'm sorry" too much, yes, I know, Kimberly).
According to the numbers, I am the healthiest I have ever been. According to me, I have never felt better!
I. AM. HEALTHY.

It's pretty much what I've bitched about on this site!
No refined sugar. No processed foods (with rare exceptions), only "good" carbs, lots of fruits, veggies, nuts and lean protein. Alcohol consumption was cut waaaay back...
Also, just by nature of being a full-time pedestrian, I'm pretty active, but need to be more so.
