Rebate? Yes, but nowhere near as much as my original calculations. Oh well. Sorry, sea otters! Your originally-scheduled donation now has now be re-appropriated to the Wedding Fund, in light of my miscalculations.
I owe you guys a ton more updates. I need to write about Steve's wedding and how awesome it was and how I had like, 7 vodka tonics but only sipped out of each of them as the second I put one down, it would be scooped up by the staff. I'll also tell you how I sent MFDC to the dessert station TWICE for chocolate mousse cake and both times he made it back to me there were maybe 1 or 2 bites left. Finally, I'll tell you how much I loved the updo Aimee did for me and how it's pretty much the closest I will ever come to realizing my dreams of having an afro.
For now, I'll just leave you with that juicy teaser and head off to take the CADL online practice test, after which I will be on my way to Guera, the gorgeous golden retriever I have been doggy-sitting, then therapy, then back to Guera, then - finally - home.
